Finnish Politics, From Another Angle ...

So Finns usually quite in the international scenery, have spoken - out loud -

So here are the results in 3 statements:

* 80% of people did not vote for National Coalition Party - hence a party that represents only 20% of the total share of voters - yet there is plan to raise extract from it a prime minister.

* 700% more MPs for True Finns - for the anecdote, each time I have talked to finns (true or not, how do you recognize a true finn - A Nokia mobile owner? oops I have a great iPhone)..so I talked to (88.2% true) finns around me they always find good thing in this party - maybe PS program is not clear, so whether they represent or not evil, we will see. This blog will alert you if it is the case ;-), and time to pack to the "bad" countries: to Greece "dream" Island, "Margarita" Spain, or "nice curve" Portugal - I hope it won't happen I have got used to -20 degrees for 6 month of the year (As Darwin theory predicted, I have evolved rapidly, my skin adapted and looks to have mutated to a bear type - cold proof- appearance showing a new layer of "true finns?"cells)

*Collapse of the Center Party - wondering if in the last election they did well due to the help of a corrupt behavior.

Result: Not sure if this will end up in a government ungovernable - something like the titanic hitting the Soini-Iceberg.

What is scary ... is that people tend to not think ... I mean how come, people don t see true Finns as what it is ... somehow something equivalent to the national socialist in Germany in the 30s ...
During a crisis, people tend to vote to the coucous ... this is what happened in Finland unfortunately ... but let s be clear ... everybody is responsible ... meaning the other parties and other politicians who let this happening by misbehaving and/or promising things unachievable ...
Let's wait for the next big thing ... the end of the dollar? I found interesting the standard & Poor’s maintaining the triple A rating for the US but with a negative outlook ...
The next US president might be Sarah Palin ... well she will get along pretty well with mr Soini :-) scary :-(

I am so disappointed by those results ... there will be the same issues in France ...
Hopefully Germany will not fall in this trap ... but who knows ... the younger generation do not even know what means "shoa" ...

I once asked a Finn to locate those Finnish parties to the colors. He located them between light blue, drak blue, dark violet, and black. No wonder you are confused...

so the european banks are in crisis, the euro might not survive and no comments here?

I agree with you ... it is an interesting subject ...
What is intersting about this, is that all newspapers are referring to the Greek Crisis as the Lehnmans Brothers crisis ... they already forgot about the fact that all started with Bears Stearn ...funny 3 years on and they already forgot about history ... to me the European Lehamns Brothers might be Spain ...
Wait and see ...
Not yet the end of the Euro though ... wait Greece will default for sure but probably in 2012 or 2013 ... then the Euro will be in trouble ...
And linking to this blog ... the real estate bubble might finally blow up ...

With a few of the UK banks no longer lending unsecured to some european banks the next lehmans could come quite quickly?

Is "Lehman Brother", Greece itself. So far it has been protected by the ECB against the will of axel weber who was the most serious contender to replace Trichet as president .

So Greece will default bringing to the abyss the ECB, the French and German banks...at that time the only serious commodity will be gold and some frozen sandwich.

I was interested that the adverts for the 'True Finns' made use of the Swedish colours (blue and yellow) to highlight their name.

"Island Crow"

island crow

An interesting observation implying the true honest finns are the finnish swedish finns and the rest are crooks?

Anything to support that however?
